AUCTION RICHES AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Terms of Service:

Auction Riches is a division of Virtual Notions, Inc.

"Virtual Notions, Inc." and "we" shall be used throughout this document to encompass the whole of the products and services offered by Auction Riches.  Any person or business who purchases, uses, or promotes the products and services available from Virtual Notions, Inc. shall be named below as "affiliate". 

1. Joining the Program
 By submitting an application to join our affiliate program you will automatically qualify to earn commissions on all referred sales. Participation in the program is solely for the purpose of legally advertising our website and products to earn a commission based on orders received through your affiliate ID. 

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status
 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate status for any reason deemed detrimental to the business operations of Virtual Notions, Inc. Virtual Notions, Inc. will be the sole arbitrator in these cases and all decisions made by Virtual Notions, Inc. will be final.

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  • Sharing your Auction Riches Membership login with any other party.

  • Inappropriate advertisements, including but not limited to: false claims and misleading hyperlinks.

  • Spamming, including but not limited to: bulk e-mail, spamming and bulk newsgroup posting.

  • Advertising on sites containing and/or promoting illegal and/or objectionable activities, including but not limited to pornographic sites.

3. Linking to Us
 Affiliate participation entitles you to use of graphics provided by us located inside the affiliate login area. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in #2. If affiliate has any questions as to what constitutes appropriate then they should contact us for an approval before continuing their course of action.

4. Affiliate Commissions
 Affiliate will be paid a commission for every order received through their affiliate ID. Affiliate will receive 40% in US dollars of the total order for every referred purchase, sold by the click of a banner or text link at your site. 

Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly with a minimum check value of $25.00 US. If the amount of commission owed to an affiliate is not $25.00 US or greater, commissions shall be paid to affiliate on the following month if greater than $25.00 US. Commissions will be sent to any affiliate who is owed less than $25.00 US for a period of six months. Each commission check issued to affiliate shall be subject to a $2.00 US processing fee.

If the referred sale is refunded or money is reimbursed, Virtual Notions, Inc.  reserves the right to deduct the appropriate commission paid to affiliate.

Virtual Notions, Inc. reserves the right to change their commission rate, product prices, or billing methods at any time. Commission rate changes shall effect all affiliates of Virtual Notions, Inc. regardless of the time of signup.

5. Terms of the agreement
 These terms will begin upon your signup of affiliate program and will end when either you or Virtual Notions, Inc. terminates your affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by Virtual Notions, Inc.. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in our affiliate program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

6. Liability
 Virtual Notions, Inc. reserves the right to contact any member through e-mail or any other means deemed important to the affiliates of Virtual Notions, Inc.

Any affiliate promoting Virtual Notions, Inc. acknowledges that they are not an employee of Virtual Notions, Inc.  Virtual Notions, Inc. shall not be held responsible to give affiliate any perks, or benefits required to be made available to employees of Virtual Notions, Inc.

Virtual Notions, Inc. will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages including but not limited to (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, weather related outages, power failure, software/hardware failure, hacks, viruses, acts of god and any results of "intents of harm" to the program.

Virtual Notions, Inc. does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products and services sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of Virtual Notions, Inc. will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
